Enrollment is open to first responders from any agency or department. Each retreat offers an opportunity to prioritize your well-being while earning 2 mental health CLEET/CEU hours. During the 2026–27 program year, we’ll be hosting two retreats: one virtual and one hybrid, with an in-person gathering in Sand Springs, Oklahoma.

Retreats will include:

  • 1-hour of responder-informed mental health education from Inner Circle Institute facilitators

  • 1-hour of tactical breathing and mobility exercises using evidence-based techniques for performance recovery
